Villa elevators meet users' needs for high-quality life. On the one hand, they can reach their destination quickly, safely and comfortably, and on the other hand, they can enjoy the fun brought by technology in the home. Elevator design is particularly suitable for single-family and multi-story villas. With it, you can save the trouble of climbing up and down, which is more convenient for families with elderly people and children.
1. Position and space of the shaft
① The middle of the stairs, the corner of the wall, and the external hanging are all OK. It is better to center it without blocking the passage.
② Use the width of the door to reverse the width of the shaft, and use the height of the top floor to reverse the height of the car.
③ The recommended load capacity is 150-400KG, and the size of the car is 0.8-1.6㎡.
2. Safety measures for villa elevators
① Automatic and manual doors must have electromechanical interlocking functions to prevent the door from opening and the floor door from being opened when the elevator is not there.
② Elevators without doors in the car must be equipped with light curtain doors to ensure that friction, collision and extrusion are prevented.
③ It is recommended to connect a local telephone extension in the car to prevent the alarm for help when a fault occurs and people are trapped.
④ Increase self-rescue measures and procedures. Passengers are not allowed to rescue themselves in the passenger elevator. It is different for families. Completely copying may cause people to be trapped for a long time.
3. Pit and top floor
① Generally, the small pit is 350mm. If there is no pit, the decorative floor can be used to borrow the pit, and then the elevator will be raised by one step.
② The top floor height is greater than 2600mm, and the height in the car is 2200mm.
4. Appropriate speed
The speed of home villa elevators is not too fast because the family has few floors and is not high, and there are elderly, children and people with mobility difficulties.
